As a Product Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Key responsibilities include developing Current Account and Trade FX Business in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow current accounts and trade FX business.
  • Lead branches and sales teams to source new trade/EXIM current accounts, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct training needs assessments for branch resources and deliver suitable training programs to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Pitch foreign trade-related products to customers based on their business profiles, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Manage customer portfolios proactively, handling relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through regular visits and contacts, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure quality trade accounts are sourced with proper due diligence, maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring sourcing, pitching, and managing customer relationships while upholding strict guidelines and regulations.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of trade finance, including current accounts and trade FX business.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
