We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive our Bancassurance Channel forward. In this role, you will focus on selling Demat accounts, collecting margins, and cross-selling financial products to new and existing clients through our bank partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: You will be responsible for the direct sale of Demat accounts and margin collection for Equity, Commodity, and Currency products from our Bank Channel.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Drive revenue by selling Insurance, Value Packs, ACE, and TGS (mutual funds and portfolio management services).
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Actively promote additional financial products, including Mutual Funds and Portfolio Management Services.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for both generating new client leads and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in direct sales within the financial services industry, particularly with Demat accounts.
  • A strong understanding of equity, commodity, and currency markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to cross-sell various financial products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to lead generation and client retention.
