Job Overview- This full-time role involves collaborating with our founder to shape strategy, test new ideas, and optimize performance in driving consistent pipeline growth.
- Design and execute structured growth experiments across multiple channels, including paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.
- Analyze performance data to swiftly double down on successes and cut losses.
- Develop targeted messaging and positioning that resonates with U.S.-based fitness/health SMBs.
- Work closely with sales to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
- Establish early playbooks for a repeatable demand generation engine.
- Advise on transitioning experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires when necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in growth/demand gen with a focus on B2B SaaS (bonus if SMB-focused).
- Hands-on experience with tools like CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
- A generalist mindset: comfortable running experiments across multiple channels.
- Proven record of taking a company from experimental phase to repeatable channel.
- Data-driven, scrappy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
