Key City Leadership Role

This is a pivotal position for a results-driven leader to oversee and drive the growth of our QSR operations in Mumbai and Pune.

Your Mission
  • Take ownership and lead city-level operations with an unwavering focus on product excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive profitability and sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, streamlined processes, and high-performing teams.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Team Management
  • Oversee end-to-end operations for all outlets in Mumbai & Pune ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and manage key functions including Operations, field HR, Training, and Maintenance across the city.
  • Build and nurture high-performing teams with a culture of accountability, excellence, and ownership.
Financial Performance & P&L Accountability
  • Take full ownership of the city's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue targets, margin improvements, and cost controls are consistently met.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, control operational costs, and improve bottom-line performance.
  • Monitor financial metrics regularly and present actionable insights to leadership.
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain top-tier customer service with excellent product ratings, consistent service speed, and food quality standards across all stores.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable operational improvements.
  • Regularly audit stores for compliance, hygiene, and service standards.
Data Analysis & Strategic Decision-Making
  • Leverage operational and financial data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve outlet performance, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze and track dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Central Ops teams to align city operations with business goals.
  • Partner with leadership to drive city-level growth and new store launches.
Crisis Management & Risk Mitigation
  • Anticipate operational risks, troubleshoot challenges proactively, and ensure quick resolution to protect the brand and customer trust.
