.Job Title: Art Director Location: On-site - Andheri West, opposite City Mall Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–7 Years Reports to: Creative Director / Strategy HeadAbout the RoleWe're on the lookout for an Art Director who blends bold creativity with practical leadership. You'll be responsible for elevating the quality of our visual output while mentoring a growing team of junior designers. This role is perfect for someone who can translate strategy into compelling design, guide young creatives with empathy, and deliver consistently impactful work—on time.

You won't just design—you'll direct, inspire, and shape visual narratives that bring brands to life across digital, print, and film. What You'll DoLead visual execution across branding, digital campaigns, website design, and social media.

Mentor and manage a team of 4–5 junior graphic designers, conducting regular design reviews and feedback sessions. Translate strategic and creative briefs into strong visual concepts and systems. Build and present moodboards, storyboards, brand guides, and design frameworks.

Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, developers, and video teams to align vision and execution. Own timelines, task allocation, and quality control across multiple projects and deadlines. Push visual innovation while staying grounded in brand objectives and client goals.

What We're Looking For4–7 years of hands-on design experience, ideally in a fast-paced creative agency. A strong portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, campaign thinking, and digital design.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Strong leadership and people skills—you can coach without ego and critique with clarity.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle concurrent projects. A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership and drive ideas forward.
