Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers through various channels (email, chat, casework)
- Identify and troubleshoot internal customer inquiries in a prompt manner
- Collaborate with colleagues from around the world in a 24/7 follow-the-sun model
- Participate in incident response management and escalation when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fully fluent in written and spoken English
- 3-5 years experience in an IT support environment or customer-facing IT role
- Proficient in operating Linux/Windows Server and IT customer support software
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
