At Fine Acers, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources functions.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our organization by fostering a high-performance culture that drives employee growth and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and strategic HR leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning
Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture
  • Implement recognition programs and performance incentives
Performance Management
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans
HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Act as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities
Learning & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops
Compensation & Benefits
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning
  • Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives
