
Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager

This role is focused on leading customer interactions and data analysis to enhance business relationships, boost customer retention, and drive sales growth.
- Oversee customer lifecycle management
- Update data in ERP systems
- Manage customer queries and escalate as necessary
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
A graduate or postgraduate degree with 4-10 years of experience in real estate sales CRM is required.
Key Responsibilities- Collect customer information from various channels
- Manage site visits and walk-ins during property exhibitions
- Process website and walk-in enquiries
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
- Provide product presentations and arrange site visits for clients
- Manage customer queries, negotiate with buyers, and maintain customer data
- Monitor invoices and manage receivables
- Coordinate with accounts for tracking collections
- Complete formalities related to agreements and payment disbursement
- Verify agreements for registration
- Establish relationships with HFIs for client loan disbursements
- Develop budgets, MIS reports, bookings, and cancellations
- Coordinate with the execution team and facility team for unit readiness
- Inspect flats before handing over possession
- Ensure prompt responsiveness to sales enquiries to maximize conversions
- Monitor sales collections and send demand notices for red flagging issues
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to provide insights to the Sales and Marketing teams
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer records and ensure database management
- Enter and file customer documents promptly
- Dispatch receipts for customer payments and documents received
- Implement customer delight initiatives
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams on customer documentation
