Supply Chain Professional

This role focuses on maintaining inventory levels, creating replenishment requisitions and STPO's as necessary. It also involves distribution planning to achieve service level targets within acceptable cost parameters while leveraging existing ERP solutions.

Purpose of the Role
  • Lead high-impact commercialization of new products, packaging changes, product renovations, innovations or HMM initiatives.
  • Ensure launch timeliness and deliver results across all customer channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans that align with brand strategy, positioning, and pricing.
  • Create Critical Path Worksheets (CPWs) that incorporate key supply chain milestones and requirements, cross-functional input, and alignment.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop detailed project plans, calendars, and timeliness tracking along with deliverables and milestones.
  2. Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
  3. Organize and lead stage-gate meetings, status reviews, and ensure documentation compliance with internal processes and governance.
  4. Provide visibility into test and start-up budgets and spending.
  5. Champion RUN-IMPROVE-TRANSFORM frameworks within the Project Management Organization.
  6. Collaborate with Supply Chain pillars - procurement, manufacturing, logistics - to ensure readiness.
  7. Support raw material analysis, planning, production timeliness, capacity, scheduling, and first production runs.
  8. Partner on Inventory planning, distribution, and operational risk management.
  9. Train, mentor, and guide junior team members in standardizing processes and systems.
  10. Anticipate bottlenecks and champion scalable solutions.
  11. Cross-functionally partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to drive speed and execution quality.
