CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About Us:

Poetry by Love & Cheesecake is a renowned boutique café and dessert destination, known for its elegant ambiance, handcrafted desserts, and exceptional café offerings. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our outlets across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure seamless execution and service excellence
• Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high morale and performance
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience through attentive service and quick issue resolution
• Train and mentor staff on service standards, POS usage, hygiene, and product knowledge
• Maintain café hygiene, ambiance, and adherence to brand standards
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors and backend operations
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Prepare shift schedules, manage attendance, and ensure staffing as per operational needs
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of POS systems
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-paced café environment
• Flexible with shifts and comfortable working across different locations in Mumbai
