Cafe Manager

We are looking for a skilled Cafe Manager to join our team at Poetry by Love and Cheesecake (Brewworks Pvt. Ltd.), with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage daily cafe operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
• Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve menu offerings and promotions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
• Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and labor laws.
