Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our overseas finance and accounts operations in India. Your key responsibilities will include bank booking, bank reconciliation, and management clearing work. You will also handle the booking of provisions for KSA operations of offshore IC, mainly for Larsen Toubro Arabia LLC.

  • Supporting the smooth functioning of financial operations by ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams, including Share services center, KSA local finance team, and Offshore F&A India financial accounting team, to guarantee seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Embracing a culture of adaptability and flexibility, being open to all finance and accounts work support and willing to adapt to changes in job role.
  • Developing self-motivation for learning new areas and prioritizing closing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Effectively managing timelines and meeting deadlines, understanding the importance of time-sensitive tasks.
