Qualifications and Desired skills:

● 10 Yrs of experience in core administration

● MBA , Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

● Person should possess good social and interpersonal skills

● Ability to execute tasks independently

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

● Strategic Oversight/ Incubatee Support: Set strategic objectives for the administration department in line with SINE's goals.

● Oversee department-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with infrastructure, support services, and incubatee support.

● Oversee successful execution of events at SINE

● Planning and Implementation of various employee engagement activities in consultation with other departments (IT, Partnerships etc)

● Lead the planning and execution of new infrastructure projects, including tender processes, project coordination, and budget allocation.

● Review and approve major vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet operational and strategic needs.

● Guide lab facilities management, ensuring administrative support is provided and seamless operation.

●Manage and oversee departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with financial targets.

● Develop policies for administrative functions that improve collaboration across teams and foster a positive workplace culture.

● Review procurement strategies and major purchases to ensure cost-effectiveness.

● Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within SINE, IIT Bombay, and external entities.

● Act as the primary point of contact for high-level administrative queries or issues and within strategic frameworks.

● Assign high-level tasks and responsibilities to the Manager (Admin) and administrative team.

●Monitor overall department performance, ensuring all units operate effectively

●To oversee the execution of the ongoing project of RBTIC

●To oversee the successful Implementation of CCTV/ Access Control at RBTIC

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹110,000.00 per month
