Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive

Key aspects of this position include work timings from 5 PM to 2:30 AM IST, working from an office environment and being based out of Chennai location. The ideal candidate should be available to work five days a week.

  • Graduation in any field (BCom, BSC, BA, BBA Etc) except Computer science graduates is required.

This role involves processing membership/claims transactions or a healthcare project at the Chennai CDC5 location. Key requirements include strong English written, understanding, and communication skills as well as proficiency in email drafting.

Candidates are expected to undergo a Versant Written test before onboarding. This will assess their proficiency and scores will be shared with the hiring manager.

The successful candidate must have good WiFi connectivity at home and meet academic qualification criteria without having any arrears in academic semesters.
