Job Summary:

Job title: Manager – Account Management

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned digital account management professional with experience handling blue-chip clientele. The successful candidate will possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, enabling effective day-to-day client contact.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, monitoring their day-to-day functioning and overseeing various responsibilities including financial planning and management, people development, and client servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand key client industry issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary competition and general issues facing the industry.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and operate as day-to-day client contact.
  • Address client issues effectively and thoughtfully.
  • Evaluate campaign results against objectives; use results to suggest improvements to clients or the team.
  • Assist in successfully growing existing accounts and develop programs to build business from existing clients.
  • Take overall responsibility for all budget issues related to accounts including account profitability.
  • Participate and counsel professional and account development of team members.
  • Coach and supervise team members.
  • Engage in team-building activities.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced account manager with a strong background in digital account management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing blue-chip clientele.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

Dentsu international offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 to ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
