Job Description

The Digital Account Management Lead will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading the development of digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of client business objectives and the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in a creative agency, with a strong focus on digital and social media, strategy, film production, content planning, and integrated campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients, maintaining strong relationships at the Manager/Senior Manager level.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business objectives beyond project specifications.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, showcasing adept project management skills and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Responsively address client requests, mobilizing the appropriate team members to deliver results.
  • Coordinate and prepare successful client meetings, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Proactively manage client feedback, devising actionable plans and next steps.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on project progress, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Mentor and oversee the development of junior team members (AMs, AEs).
  • Manage the commercial aspects and financial administration of assigned projects.
Salary and Benefits
