We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to be the voice of our customers, providing top-notch support across various channels.

  • Confirm addresses through calls for COD/prepaid orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end customer support, responding to queries via phone, email, and social media, while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
  • Efficiently handle returns and exchanges, leveraging active listening skills and creative problem-solving.
  • Capture valuable customer insights and feedback to inform product improvements, packaging enhancements, and overall brand experience refinement.
  • Maintain precise records of interactions and follow up with customers until resolution, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a delightful customer journey.
  • Proactively identify patterns in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in D2C/e-commerce preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • A high level of energy, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in phone support, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our office.
