Senior Financial Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in managing the financial health of manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Reviewing management reports including MIS and profitability tracking
  • Guiding month-end/year-end closing and audit processes in alignment with statutory requirements
  • Managing daily cash flow and optimal utilization of working capital
  • Monitoring and managing treasury operations including investments, surplus fund management, and interbranch transfers
  • Liaising with banks and financial institutions to secure cost-effective funding
  • Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, Advance Tax, and Income Tax and payments there of
  • Supervising GST reconciliation, ITC matching, audit preparation, and representation before departments as needed
  • Overseeing ROC filings, FEMA/RBI compliance, and liaison with external consultants and legal advisors for tax assessments and notices
  • Ensuring completion of Stock Audit, Statutory and GST audits within timelines
  • Resolving audit observations and implementing process improvements for better control and compliance
  • Monitoring suspense accounts, bad debts, and high-risk transactions; ensuring reconciliations are complete
  • Preparing and reviewing CMA data, QIS reports, LC/Bank Guarantee documentation
  • Coordinating with banks for limits renewal, submission of financials, and compliance declarations
  • Managing RBI compliance related to export-import transactions
  • Leading and mentoring the finance, accounts, and compliance teams across units
  • Providing strategic financial inputs to senior management for business decision-making
  • Ensuring team adherence to timelines and upskilling through process training
