Job Summary:

The organization seeks a senior financial leader to oversee the overall financial management of its operations, including strategy development, reporting, compliance, risk assessment, and investor relations.

This role requires a seasoned executive with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support major business decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
  • Implement robust internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in M&A and international finance operations highly desirable.
