Senior Financial Strategist

Job Title:
Senior Financial StrategistWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to work closely with senior management in shaping the organization's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze in-depth reports on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive plans including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Accounts Management: Efficiently manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
- Compliance: Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and liaison with relevant authorities.
- Financial Analysis: Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards, applying advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
- Audit Coordination: Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, to ensure seamless integration with internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills
