Overview

This is a finance leadership role that offers a unique opportunity to combine financial management with analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finance functions, as well as the ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial planning and execution for our Indian subsidiary
  • Managing accounting related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Providing financial reports and budgeting
  • Reviewing company financial reports and identifying areas for cost reduction
  • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
  • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Developing strategies to minimize financial risk
  • Managing procurement, stock/inventory, debtors and creditors
  • Managing payroll and providing ROC compliances
  • Providing monthly MIS

Requirements:

  • Strong English language skills
  • Qualified accountant
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical experience preferable
  • International company experience
  • Management experience including liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly analytical
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Self-disciplined, results focused with a can-do attitude
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach to work to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI and CRM systems
