Financial Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to deliver high-quality financial insights and support business decision-making.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data from multiple business units.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Track key business metrics, KPIs, and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
