Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Fresher with good understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

About the Role:
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Support strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives.
Requirements:
  • CA/MBA with specialization in Business Finance Management (BFM) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in IT industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
