
Administrative Partner to Senior Leadership

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently in a dynamic environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Promoter's calendar, appointments, and delegate decisions
- Act as a communication bridge between the Promoter, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and organize important documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity
- Track ongoing projects, follow up with teams, and ensure timely execution
- Provide support in both business and personal commitments when required
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, or similar roles preferred)
- Excellent organizational & communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
- Must understand professional processes and concepts
- Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workspace, project tracking tools)
- Highly trustworthy, proactive, and discreet
