Job Title: Senior Equipment Supervisor

Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic maintenance leader to oversee the upkeep of our equipment and facilities. This key role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and quick resolution of emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the upkeep of plant facilities, utilities, and support systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as downtime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and implement action plans for performance improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
  • Manage inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies effectively.
  • Recommend and execute upgrades or improvements in equipment and maintenance practices.
