Key Responsibilities

• Operate forging hammers, presses, and other related machinery
• Heat and shape metal components according to specifications
• Inspect forged parts for defects and ensure dimensional accuracy
• Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to ensure operational efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to meet production targets
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
• Assist in die setup and changeover processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Prior experience in forging or heavy manufacturing is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and forging processes
• Physical stamina and ability to work in high-temperature environments
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
• Team player with good communication skills
