- Define and execute data-driven growth strategies across digital, partnerships, and acquisition channels.
- Optimize campaigns through insights to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong background in digital strategy, analytics, campaign optimization, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of scaling growth in fast-paced environments and marketplaces.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
