We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid & Proposal Manager to play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts.
The ideal candidate will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, capabilities, and benefits.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Ability to implement automation tools and Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead the bid management process from opportunity identification to final submission.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Implement automation tools and Gen AI to enhance efficiency and creativity.

- 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development.
- Proven success in winning large-scale contracts.
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with automation tools, Gen AI, and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production).
