We are seeking an experienced IT recruitment professional to fill a dynamic and challenging role.

This position involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and working with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and select top technical talent through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
  • Assess candidates' technical skills and experience through interviews and evaluations.
  • Negotiate compensation and contracts with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
  • Work with different work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and hiring best practices.
