Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to create and implement talent acquisition strategies, providing valuable insights and expert advice to clients on effective hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel Manager will develop talent acquisition strategies based on client requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment with high-quality pipeline generation.
- Provide comprehensive talent insights and talent landscape to clients.
- Advise clients on talent availability and recommend efficient hiring processes relevant to the market.
- Lead recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each engagement and report periodically to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate job and candidate data.
- Manage key client stakeholders and resolve issues/escalations as the single point of contact.
- Engage vendors commercially feasible, considering the overall cost of hiring and its impact on the engagement budget.
- Hire, manage, and develop internal talent while engaging external talent as required.
Qualification Criteria:
- At least 12 years of core experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
