Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
