
Senior Administrative Coordinator

As a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and finding suitable vendors for program needs.
\Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a filing system for important company documents, answering queries from employees on travel updates, and being available for last-minute bookings.
\Other tasks may include booking meeting rooms, distributing correspondence, supervising junior staff, and supporting other teams with day-to-day requirements.
\Overall, this role requires someone who is proactive, multitasking, and has excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and communication skills.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Manage office supplies, printing stocks, and place orders after negotiations\
- Arrange travel and accommodations for team members\
- Coordinate and find vendors for food, vehicles, projectors, etc.\
- Negotiate rates to ensure quality services\
- Maintain a filing system for confidential documents\
- Answer queries from employees on travel updates\
- Be available for last-minute bookings\
- Book meeting rooms as required\
- Distribute and store correspondence\
- Supervise and guide junior staff\
- Support other teams with day-to-day requirements
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-6 years of experience in an administrative role.
\The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
\Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is also essential.
