Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing office administration, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate business trip itineraries, including local and international travel.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and a clean workspace.
- Maintain records of office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to accounts and financial management.
- Maintain the Company Guest House, providing a comfortable environment for guests.
- Prioritize schedules and appointments for senior executives.
- Organize team events and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and data sheets as assigned.
- Deliver timely, concise, and accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
