Territory Sales Manager
Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan. This role requires a self-driven team member with extensive knowledge of factory automation, production machine application, motion control, and service business.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the go-to-market approach for various portfolios and the ability to balance growth across all business segments. They should also possess excellent communication skills, conflict management abilities, and the capacity to drive results.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have a strong track record of handling system cases, creating value propositions, and optimizing configuration and bill of material. They will also be able to prepare plans for achieving targets and develop key strategies to acquire business from retention and conversion accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the territory through effective sales planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the industry.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales of automation and drive systems.
- Good understanding of business processes and sales processes.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to develop positive relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders.
- Effective communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
