About our WhatsApp marketing platform
We are seeking a strategic, revenue-focused leader to head and scale our Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA) business. You will be responsible for building the ad sales function from the ground up, driving customer acquisition, leading strategic brand and agency partnerships, and owning revenue delivery through CTWA ad solutions. This is a high-ownership leadership role ideal for someone with a proven track record in performance ad sales and a passion for shaping ad-tech growth in Indias fastest-growing B2B SaaS segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and execute the sales strategy for our CTWA ads offering.
- Lead a high-performing team of ad sales managers and campaign specialists.
- Drive predictable revenue growth and achieve quarterly ad sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
You should have 7+ years of experience in digital ad sales, performance marketing, or ad tech, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ employees is also essential. Additionally, you should have a strong background in Meta Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA), or performance-driven media sales. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
