Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of AI technologies within our digital channels. This role will be responsible for leading large-scale digital transformations, managing high-performing teams, and aligning business priorities with strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technology orientation, hands-on operational expertise, and a focus on process-first automation. They will also possess a strong understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all digital portals, conversational platforms, and process automation using RPA.
  • Develop and refine AI models to automate data processing and decision-making.
  • Create and implement strategies for AI and digital channels to align with business goals.
  • Oversee the integration and deployment of AI technologies within digital channels.
  • Manage large-scale digital transformations and IT program planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration, growth, org structure, and delivery ownership.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AI technologies, platforms, and automation frameworks.

This role requires a B. Tech/ MBA from a reputed business school, with a strong background in the Credit Cards/NBFC/BFSI/Financial domain.
