Senior Manager, Insurance Digital Operations

The consultative, external perspective that this team is expected to provide to the broader account teams will be very important to transform client operations.

This role provides the opportunity of working across a range of challenges and client situations, interacting with the account teams (sales & operations) and front-ending with clients. This will require candidates to be extremely self-driven, consultative and well networked with multiple functional teams in the organization as well as high on digital IQ.

• Lead growth and mining in existing Insurance accounts leveraging domain expertise, lean six sigma, digital & analytics transformation.
• Thought leaders with deep domain expertise in areas of Underwriting Services and Claims Administration, Policy Servicing, Actuarial and Finance & Accounting.
• Provide Best in class industry view, support existing and new engagements, diagnostics, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement. Provide an independent point of view and advisory services.
• Build new offerings and develop innovative digital assets leveraging RPA, AI and analytics.
• To bring industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients.
• Define and execute value generation roadmaps for clients leading to a large meaningful impact on clients.
• Partner with multi-function teams to constantly enrich the engagement with clients.
• Lead the execution of projects ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design.
• Create commitment across all involved teams and facilitate buy-in from all important stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

• Relevant experience of running a transformation solution deployment in the back and middle office, specific experience in digital / analytics implementation, and awareness of technologies like RPA, AI, Workflow, Data Engineering, Analytics, Six Sigma, and LEAN principals.
• Ability to Unlearn & Learn continuously.
• Excellent communication - verbal and written.
• Good Presentation skills.
• Consulting project delivery - timeline and milestone management, Stakeholder relationship management.
• Creative thinking/innovative mind-set.
• Thrive in uncertainty and manage teams, the customer in an ambiguous environment.
• Good business acumen and understanding of business issues across focus sectors.
• Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus.
• Ability to connect the dots linking the processes across the insurance value chain for identifying transformative needs.
• Relevant experience.
• Prior solution design, consulting experience, or IT domain consulting experience.
• Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations.
• Global perspective and understanding of insurance business marketplace.
• Project Management Skills.
• Lean and Six Sigma led transformation.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience with digital tools in Insurance and/or in financial services space.
• Global Exposure.
• Digital deployment for large/ medium scale customers preferably in the Insurance domain.
• Judgment, personal effectiveness, team handling.
