This is a unique opportunity to lead our agency's technology operations, infrastructure, and digital project delivery. As the Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for automating internal department workflows using AI, overseeing IT strategy and execution, and delivering digital solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead automation initiatives across departments using AI/ML to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.">
  • Implement and maintain AI-powered tools and platforms that support operational excellence.">
  • Drive internal tech audits, cybersecurity best practices, and system upgrades.">
  • Present ideas through quick Proof of Concepts (POC) to evaluate and validate technological solutions.">
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client-facing digital projects such as websites, landing pages, microsites, and interactive digital campaigns.">
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to translate brand objectives into seamless digital experiences.">
  • Oversee the development and implementation of CMS platforms.">
  • Ensure backend technologies like PHP and frontend frameworks such as React are leveraged effectively.">
  • Cloud technology experience is highly valued for infrastructure and deployment efficiency.">
  • Define and execute the agency's long-term IT strategy aligned with business goals.">
  • Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies to keep the agency ahead of digital trends.">
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, IT support staff, and encourage team management practices and foster essential soft skills within the team.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.">
  • 10+ years of overall experience preferred.">
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a creative/advertising/digital agency environment.">
  • Proven experience in AI implementation and automation of workflows within an organization.">
  • Strong understanding of website development technologies.">
  • Hands-on experience with PHP (backend) and React (frontend) development.">
  • Cloud technology proficiency is a strong plus.">
  • Familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.">
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.">
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.">
