Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Nutrition agenda for India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving top-line and bottom-line results for Quaker Portfolio in India.

The successful candidate will lead business and portfolio strategy for Quaker Portfolio, collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless communication of project updates and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute standard processes for brand performance reviews (weekly and monthly)
  • Manage equity programs including ATL advertising, media planning, and digital initiatives (sentiment management)
  • Design and execute activation programs (point-of-sale materials, consumer promotions, e-commerce activities, sampling programs, etc.)
  • Responsible for online shopper journey and pure player funnel management
  • Manage brand asset and management based on business needs and role
  • Support innovation development and project management by identifying consumer needs and trends with insights, writing product concepts and briefs, working with R&D to qualify products, and collaborating with finance to deliver target financials

Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • MBA-Marketing from a premier institute
  • 6-8 years of FMCG experience spanning sales/trade marketing and brand marketing
  • Brand marketing expertise and equity exposure, preferably in CPG industry
  • Strong experience in core brands as well as building innovation pipelines
  • Self-starter with high ownership sense
  • Project Management with network planning experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in complex, matrix environments
  • High level of analytical rigor and problem-solving approach
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with functional teams, agency partners, and business teams
