Senior Account Developer

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain key client relationships while expanding existing business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop tailored proposals, and finalize orders in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate the preparation of tenders/enquiries/offers to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate pre-order and after-sales support agreements with clients, involving collaboration with internal stakeholders and service centers.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and collections in accordance with established policies.
  • Meet assigned sales targets, including regular invoicing and collection.
  • Effectively communicate with international partners, local consultants, and contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-holding electrical engineers with 7-12 years of experience or diploma-holding electrical engineers with 12+ years of experience in sales/marketing of electrical products - experience in LV switchgear, transmission & distribution equipment is essential.
  • Strong background in handling contractors, OEMs, retailers, and utility companies.
