Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Installation Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring the installation process at customer sites, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and escalating any deviations to management in a structured manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Observe the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure compliance with SOP.
  • Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates.
  • Promptly address any process deviations related to electrical products.
  • Document errors noticed and present metrics.
  • Escalate identified issues and provide resolutions in a systematic manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • Educational background in B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • 0-2 years of expertise in the same or a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
