Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist

This role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of various electrical systems across a large campus, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, with experience in managing complex systems and resolving technical issues promptly.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Ensure smooth operation of 10MW 33kV substations, transformers, high-tension & low-tension panels, DGs of different capacities, and over 3000kVA UPS systems to support IT infrastructure.
    • Manage and maintain 500KW+ solar systems and 8000 TR cooling systems (water-cooled, air-cooled, and gas-based chillers).
    • Coordinate elevator maintenance and servicing through AMC vendors, including daily checklists, breakdown rectification, and new elevator handovers.
    • Oversee UPS system maintenance across the campus, including vendor coordination, bill processing, and logbook management.
    • Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, including new lift installations, classroom renovations, UPS installations, and electrical project oversight.
    • Support electrical fault rectification and ensure DG set diesel delivery and handovers for new campus buildings.
    • Prepare and share daily project reports and summaries.

Requirements:
