Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations in the plant.

The ideal candidate will direct and coordinate maintenance activities, develop detailed procedures for task execution, and monitor equipment performance to minimize costs and enhance maintainability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Programme Preparation: Develop and implement detailed maintenance procedures to ensure safe and timely execution of tasks.
  • Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Monitor and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance activities for electrical systems.
  • Equipment Performance Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and condition, and conduct regular surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities and plan plant shutdowns and overhauls.
Stores Consumables Management:
  • New Equipment Evaluation: Evaluate requirements for new equipment and materials, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Material Delivery and Consumption: Ensure timely delivery of materials and optimize consumables consumption according to business plans.
Safety and 5S:
  • Daily 5S Activities: Implement daily 5S activities on the shop floor and promote the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Safety Talks and Training: Conduct safety talks and training sessions to prevent accidents and establish a safe work environment.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Data-Driven Projects: Drive projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through data analysis.
  • Quality Control Analysis: Perform quality control tool-based analysis and suggest improvements in production processes.
People Management:
  • Performance Reviews: Complete department performance reviews and skill assessments in a timely manner.
  • Employee Engagement: Encourage team participation in employee engagement activities and improve individual skills.
