Job Summary

As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the complete management of engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance activities for our facility.

This role involves supporting the Maintenance Department in executing preventive maintenance planning, repair estimation, vendor performance monitoring, and safety inspections.

  1. Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance strategies to ensure smooth facility operations.
  2. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  3. Coordinate activities related to fuel and electricity management, spare part inventory, and facility compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
  • Observe and contribute to continuous improvement of HTPL/Zircon management system.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance job planning and execution, including warranty jobs.
  • Manage spare part planning, monitoring, and technical confirmation.
  • Follow up on major breakdowns, repairs, and external party repairs.
  • Conduct safety inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline or certifications in Maintenance Management/Facilities Management is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
