Job Title: Procurement Specialist

The role of a procurement specialist is crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to avoid project delays. Key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors/suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and project-related materials.

A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of procurement processes in EPC/Projects/Water Industry, good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment/materials, and excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand technical requirements
  • Maintain vendor databases and evaluate supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes in EPC/Projects/Water Industry
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment/materials
