Procurement Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our purchasing team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in managing purchase orders and negotiating with vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Create detailed RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to meet business needs
  • Develop and manage POs (Purchase Orders)
  • Manage SOs (Sales Orders)
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and services
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Oversee order management processes
  • Identify and develop new vendors to meet business requirements
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Expertise in SAP systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent diploma is required. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same domain is preferred.
