Platform Success Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and have a passion for building relationships with schools and parents.

About the Role

The Platform Success Executive will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city
  • Calling and onboarding schools onto our platform — explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes
  • Verifying class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp
  • Reaching out to parents who submitted an inquiry — asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further
  • Maintaining basic reports of outreach and feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi
  • Friendly, empathetic and confident over phone and WhatsApp
  • Able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable with using spreadsheets, email and web-based tools (we'll guide you on the rest)

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles will be given preference. Additionally, candidates with an educational background (play school experience) will also be considered.
