Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to design and execute educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. This role involves program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with faculty, industry partners, and academic institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/project management, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools is highly desirable.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields required. 2+ years' experience in education/outreach preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Program Coordination & Execution:
      • Design and deliver workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
      • Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
      • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
    • Operations & Reporting:
      • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
      • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
    • Content & Communication Support:
      • Prepare outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
      • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
    • Tech Platform Coordination:
      • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
      • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
    • Monitoring & Evaluation:
      • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
      • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
