Education Program Coordinator

Lean Hyphen is a company delivering experience-based learning programs, equipping students with life skills. Our organization achieves this through tailored programs focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.

We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to oversee program delivery at schools across AP and Telangana. The role involves collaborating closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth program delivery. A self-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment is required.

The responsibilities of the Implementation Coordinator include:

Program Development
  • Work closely with content team to develop high-quality programs.
  • Day-to-day involvement with the content team to review and ensure program readiness.
  • Active participation in strategy and planning of multiple offerings as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
Program Implementation
  • Oversee implementation of Life Skills Programs across assigned schools.
  • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions.
School Collaboration
  • Presentation and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
Program Delivery
  • Program rollout at schools for smooth delivery.
  • Conduct classes for students as needed.
  • Conduct training programs for teachers as needed.
Teacher Support
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.
  • Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.

We seek individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. Passion for education and commitment to student success are essential.

Desirable skills include experience in life skills education or related fields, knowledge of the Indian education system, and bilingual proficiency.
