Lawyer and Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lawyer with expertise in contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our legal interests across all business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively.
  • Protect intellectual property rights, including designs and trademarks.
  • Provide expert legal advice to internal teams and support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with external counsel for specialized matters.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal records, and develop standardized policies.
  • Prepare and send legal notices as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in contract law, company law, and IP laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:

You should have:

  • An LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design.
